Website Hosting

Our website and maintained by our in-house experts and we use a third-party service, Amazon Web Services (AWS), to host our website. As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically through your use of the Site. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring or exit pages, the files viewed on the Site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data to analyse trends in the aggregate and administer the site, this data is saved into server logs. Google Analytics

When someone visits tenspace.co.uk we use a third-party service to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information does not identify anyone and we don’t use any method that would allow ourselves or Google to work out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be upfront about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

If you email us

For individual emails, we use the third-party service, Google Workspace to receive your emails. As with most email services this comes with a level of risk. We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.

If you call us

We use mobile phones over a variety of networks to receive and handle call. There is no recording used with this service.

If you contact us via Social Media

We post out to social media platforms such as Linked In , Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and use a third-party provider, Hootsuite. If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by Hootsuite for three months. It will not be shared with any other organisations.

Sales Contacts

We use a third-party service, Hubspot, as a sales management tool to help us monitor the progress of initial client contacts and sales. When we receive communication about new clients or projects either via email, phone or from the website, we add all information into Hubspot.
